How do I place an order?

You may place an order online or with one of our Customer Care representatives at 1-800-501-8437.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards; US bank money orders and personal checks drawn on US accounts for payment of domestic orders. Please note, for your protection, we do not offer overnight shipping on orders paid for by personal check.

I’m not sure what tie length to get?

All ties come in Regular and Extra Long. A regular tie measures 56 to 57 inches and an extra long tie measures 61 to 62 inches.

I need to return an item. What do I do.

Items may be returned for a credit or refund within 30 days. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-501-8437. The price of the item will be fully refunded to you upon its receipt in our warehouse. Please keep your invoice handy. It contains all the information needed to return items quickly and conveniently.

How are you environmentally friendly?

Every catalog that The DeSantis Collection mails out is printed on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved paper. We support responsible forest management and work within our company to promote environmentally sound business practices.

What are the charges for shipping?

All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Next Day for an additional charge of $25 and 2nd day shipping for an additional charge of $15 are options available on orders placed before 2pm on weekdays only. Special shipping requests applied to mail orders only after a ten-day check processing period where applicable. Please call to arrange Saturday deliveries as they will incur an additional charge and require special processing. See our shipping policy.

How can I change my email mailing list options?

At the DeSantis Collection, we respect our customers and understand that you are concerned about privacy. If you do not want to receive emails, please let us know and you can opt out of this option by clicking here or calling us at 1-800-501-8437. Please know that with every email you receive, we will give you the option to unsubscribe from our e-mail list, so you’ll be able to stop our e-mails at any time.

How do I place a Custom Shirt order?

You may select from the Custom Shirt menu on the left to place an order online or with one of our Customer Care representatives at 1-800-501-8437. After you have placed your order a confirmation will be emailed or faxed to you for your final approval. Once production starts the order cannot be changed.

Where are your shirts made?

Although our fabrics may be European inspired, our custom shirts are 100% handcrafted here in the United States.

Can I get a monogram?

Yes, we offer monograms in several styles. You may choose any color thread or simply match the color of your shirt. Your Monogram can be placed on the Right Cuff, Left Cuff or Pocket and is an additional $10.00.

What is the Watch CuffTM.

The Watch CuffTM is a patented design that uniquely frames your watch. A most eloquent style statement for your custom shirt that is available in all fabrics for an additional $10.00. Exclusively ours!

Can I return a Custom Shirt?

If you are dissatisfied with any custom item, we will alter your item to your satisfaction. We will accept returns on custom items but a 50% restocking fee will apply to each returned item.
